A few words about it

Monsieur Fruits, with his classical or 12 strings guitar, with the piano or the senza, draws us in a universe very personal, poetic, lyrical and oneiric…

We immediately jump into other spheres with « Heliotrope », as entering into matter … or to get out of it !

Listening to « Si j’avais » (If I had) and « Nous allé » (We go), reminds us of the lightness of the Zoufris Maracas, while paying homage to Georges Moustaki and Brassens… songs that get together light thinking and absurd, inviting to dance to the sound of a bucco-trombone inspired by Marianne Aya Omac.

Then, we find ourselves languorously « Dans ses bras » (In his/her arms), or rocked by « L’instant présent » (The present moment), waltzes that make us turn, even if we do not dance.

Then comes the hypnotic « Afro Celt », where the sophisticated mixture of dub, funk and hip hop consonances takes its full scale thanks to the drum and bass played by Léo Danais (Boréale) and the scratching of DJ Diez.

Later on, « Mes excuses » (My apologies) implore a possible forgiveness that we easily concede as the emotion of the guitar sound replaces useless words.

Then, we catch a breath of fresh air listening to « Horizon(s) » announcing the great spaces of « Linving stone in Yellowstone ».

The cosmic and aerial « Poussières d’étoiles » (Star dusts) takes us even further, thanks to the sound of the 12 strings guitar.

To finish this “Organic” journey (but is it really the end?), the sound of a senza gets us closer the divine « Vallalha » for a glimpse of happiness.

Thanks to Fred Guérin for his inspiring critic.
